Nightly rates are based on double occupancy and do not include Maine State lodging tax
Our historic inn is not ADA accessible
Please be aware that all guest chambers are on the second floor
and portage services are not available
Timbercliffe is a smoke and vape free Inn
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets (we can refer pet care facilities nearby)
We welcome well behaved young guests age of 12 and up (based on room availability) inquire for details
We take pride in providing well appointed and clean guest rooms for the enjoyment and positive experience of our guests, therefore cleaning or damage fees of $35-$150 will apply for damaged or stained items and lost keys.
Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of deposit

Check-in is between 3p.m. and 6p.m. If this is not possible, please call and make arrangements for alternate check-in time.

Cancellation
Please note that because we are a small Inn, cancellations impact us significantly. If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required is required 21 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your reservation deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 21 days or less prior to arrival date you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. You will be charged in full unless the room(s) re-book. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to timbercliffecottage@gmail.com . You will receive a confirmation thereof for your reference
Please understand that Timbercliffe Cottage is not responsible for change of travel due to personal illness, family events, weather or circumstances out of your control. We recommend considering travel or trip insurance to cover such possible events
